Happy Bluesman is a website and community for guitarists and blues lovers. Covering guitar gear, technique, and all the best blues albums and artists, the platform offers free articles, paid courses, 1-2-1 lessons and a blues members club & forum.

I worked with Aidan and the Happy Bluesman team to undertake a full rebrand, setting out new fonts, colours and styles, as well as a new logo to be used across all Happy Bluesman assets. The new brand identity harkened back to 60sā€™ blues band logos, whilst the imagery and colour palette reflect a modern and stylised learning platform.

Once the brand identity was set we worked together to build a new website and mobile site, starting with wireframes to test user experience, and considering the user interface throughout the process.

I also worked on multiple assets for the Happy Bluesman, ranging from social media posts to email templates, always considering the brand guidelines in order to establish a clear identity.
